Wine production has been the mainstay of our agriculture for many years. Part of our grapes are delivered to the winery, while we use the rest to enthusiastically produce various types of wine ourselves.
In the hamlet of San Giorgio, where we are located, farmers work their vineyards with passion, and viticulture has always played a major role in our community. Among the vintners is Klaus, who spends a large part of the day tending his grapes with care and dedication.
In our cellar you will not only find wines.
At the beginning of your stay, you will receive a complimentary bottle of wine from our own production to toast the good times spent in South Tyrol.

You can sample these products directly in the cellar in the company of Klaus, and if you like, you can purchase them.
A light, fresh white wine with fruity notes reminiscent of citrus and green apples. It makes an excellent aperitif, and goes well with starters and light fish dishes.
The particular blend of 95% Schiava and 5% Lagrein grapes gives this wine its fruitiness, elegance and strength. In the bouquet, violets and cherries prevail, with a slight bitter almond note in the finish. It can accompany almost all dishes: starters, fish, white and red meat and even game.
Named after the winemaking village of Tramin in the South Tyrolean Unterland, Gewürztraminer is a familiar item in the region’s white wine repertoire. With its floral fruitiness and highly aromatic components, this wine has a devoted following and is especially appreciated as an accompaniment to Asian dishes.
We also offer wine vinegar, the acidic sibling of wine, which can be used universally in cooking. Red wine vinegar is tastier than white wine vinegar and is believed to aid digestion and make food more digestible. In medieval medicine, wine vinegar compresses were used to treat inflammation and swelling.
On our farm, you can also taste our homemade jams and excellent apple juice, which we have been producing for over 20 years, dating back to when our farm was still an inn. Just as we did then, we press our natural apple juice from our apples and bottle it without artificial colorings or preservatives.
