The ‘Julian’ flat is located on the first floor and includes a bathroom, a living room with kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed that is bathed in morning sunshine. The modern eat-in kitchen offers a wonderful view of Bolzano. Suitable for 2 to 3 people (48 sqm).
The ‘Tobias’ holiday flat is furnished in wood and features a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a balcony, and a bathroom. The 55 m² flat can comfortably accommodate 2 people.
This spacious holiday flat is located on the second floor and faces south, with a beautiful view of Bolzano. Furnished in natural wood, the flat offers 68 m² of living space for 2 to 3 people.

Our farm holidays were never just an offering; they were a piece of life we had the joy of sharing.
Now, the farm is becoming quieter. We’re rebuilding—for ourselves, as a family.
The farm will remain closed in 2025 and 2026. What comes after? We’re leaving that open—like a window in early summer.
